Service Guarantee
Not Happy with your service? Call or Return to the salon within 3 days and we will make the necessary changes to get to the result you expected, with no additional charge.  Note that additional charges may apply if your desired outcome has changed since the original service was performed.
There is a 30-day return policy on all retail products. A valid receipt must accompany all returns and a store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate.
Appointment Arrival
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to get comfortable and fill out the appropriate paperwork if needed before your service.
If you are more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, you risk the chance that we may have to reschedule you. Whenever possible please call the support staff to let them know you are running late.

Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
All chemical services, as well as specific non-chemical services, require that a credit card be securely filed in order to reserve the appointment time.  In the event that we do not receive sufficient notice for an appointment cancellation, you may be charged a service fee equal to 50% of the planned service ticket value.  Therefore, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we do request that you notify us no later than 48 hours in advance.
Are Guests Welcome?
Due to the use of chemicals and sharp objects, the service area can become a dangerous place.  Therefore, if you are being accompanied by guests, including children, we may require that they wait for you outside the salon. In call cases, children must be closely supervised by another adult (someone who is not receiving the service), and the service floor must remain clear at all times.
Gratuities
Gratuities are always welcomed but not required. If you would like to provide a gratuity to your service provider, we kindly request that you do so in the form of cash only.
